The sexual assault case against the actor best known for his role as Bubbles on Trailer Park Boys has been dismissed. Mike Smith's trial was supposed to start today in Dartmouth, but the judge dismissed it after the Crown said it wouldn’t present any evidence. Smith was charged with sexual assault last year for an alleged incident in 2017. He pleaded not guilty.
