The special election for two council positions is over. Kevin Boon was elected with 233 votes, and Katherine McCarron with 193 votes. Unofficial election results show 744 votes were cast during online and telephone voting. The special election was called when two council seats were left vacant by Councillor Rebecca Twanow and Deputy Mayor Colin Kingsmill.
