Bridgewater holding public hearing on land use bylaw

Bridgewater Town Council is considering amendments to the Land Use By-law to allow for the rezoning of 283 properties from Single Unit Residential to Two Unit Residential. These changes are intended to allow for gentle increases to the Town's housing supply, as part of Bridgewater's Housing Accelerator Fund agreement. A public hearing will be held on March 9th at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Town Hall to allow for public input. This will be the last opportunity for the public to have its say in the amendments.
